Salary Range: $25,400-36,400 (25-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends)
Basic Description:
The Development & Outreach Manager's primary focus is on the cultivation of data used for grant writing and expansion of the organization's reach within our service area. This includes regular engagement with our community to collect data driven narratives and strengthen community relations.

Basic Description:

Supervision:
Reports to Executive Director.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides fundraising and development support and strategy to the Executive Director through research, management, and writing;
- Organizes financial records and reports, and prepares grant budgets;
- Produce community data collection tools (surveys, sign-ins, etc.);
- Form opportunities to engage with community and partner organizations (schools, organizations, businesses);
- Responsible for organization's database management;
- Assists in expansion of earned income mechanisms - mural tours, merchandise;
- Collaboration with and support of the organization's programming;
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of continuous grant writing experiences;
- Knowledge and skill with Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher, ability to use a personal computer, and other office equipment;
- Familiarity with Internet-based research methods and tools;
- Strong writing skills and ability to communicate data through narrative;
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations;
- Ability to effectively communicate with the public (Bilingual Spanish);
- Ability to work well with others, multi-task, and problem-solve;
- Organized and self-motivated.
Training/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited college/university preferred;
- Experience with Quickbooks Pro preferred;
- Non-profit experience preferred.
