San Anto Cultural Arts (SACA) was established in 1994 as a community-based, cultural arts organization located on the near Westside of San Antonio. The organization received its 501 c 3 non-profit status in 1997.

San Anto Cultural Arts Mission is to foster human and community development through community-based arts. This is accomplished by serving the community with two exceptional programs: El Placazo Barrio Newspaper & Mentor Program and the Community Mural/Public Art Program.
